While we were practicing this morning, we thought we should send all you guys a bit of an update…
We’re currently enjoying the lack of gigs at the moment as it’s given us the chance to write some new songs and prepare for the album. By the way, the new songs are really cool if we do say so ourselves (but you can ask St. Leonards College - they liked them). The album has been a long time coming and whilst we’ve still got a lot of work to do, (like record the entire thing) its gettin’ closer.
In saying all of that, we continually rely on donations and need all of your support and generosity to help us do what we do. One of the ways you can help, is buy some merch from the RAIZE STORE.
Check out some of the gear available…
You get a FREE STICKER + TATTOO with every purchase.

Looking forward to the next gig you’re at!

We played our last gig for the year on Saturday morning at Mt Martha Fete.
It was a great way to finish the year after over 20+ awesome performances/inspirational worships.
We also saw how good our umbrella works as an airplane!
We are now focused on the dream that we’ve been working towards since Raize started over 2 years ago…
NCYC 09 in Melbourne. It’s gonna be huge!
So if you wont be coming to NCYC to see us there - we’re already in planning a massive line up for 09 and fingers crossed - the launch of our double album.
Thank you to everyone who has helped and supported us on our mission so far - there’s so many of you.
Merry Christmas!

Raize had a massive weekend…
A music workshop was run for some of the youth at Traralgon Uniting Church, following morning worship where raize played acoustically. It was heaps of fun for all whilst mentoring some awesome future leaders.
Night time came and Raize brought out the big guns with the full band leading an inspiring youth worship.
This is where RAIZE all started!
During the 1st week of the school holidays Raize lead the daily worship for over 130 kids each morning @ Somers Camp.
It was a jam packed week with the most exciting worship experiences ever, on one of the best childrens camps in existence.
Awesome comment from 1 camper (emily): “my saviour filled my life, i saw my redeemers light”
Raize road tripped to Lardner Park, Warragul for a huge night performing in ‘The Village’ @ State Youth Games.
It was an amazing night full of fun & heaps of young people checking out the band.
The experience was awesome to be playing @ such a big event, as Raize prepares for other future big gigs.
Yes, you heard it…Â Raize has just started recording again.
After the success of their EP ‘dawn:’, they are now extremely excited about the launching the brand new single ‘HERE I AM’. Watch this space for
more info.
Last night in Mt.Eliza @ St. James The Less Anglican Church, Raize was on fire creating an electric atmosphere full of passion & spirit.
The feedback was fantastic with many young people inspired to start actioning their dreams for God!
Raize played two of their newest songs and Jimmy’s had the 1st mosh pit the church had ever seen. Awesome!
